Reliable water supply for snowmaking
WATER SUPPLY
A secure and continuous water supply is the most important prerequisite for a smooth snowmaking process, especially due to the increasingly shorter snowmaking windows. Therefore, DEMACLENKO also plans and implements various water reservoirs to ensure the necessary water supply to the system and thus guarantee water availability during the snowmaking period.

DEMACLENKO implements various solutions - from water tanks and small storage basins to large reservoirs with filling capacities exceeding 450,000 m³.
CIRCULATION WITH COMPRESSED AIR
Circulation of water with compressed air is used to lower the temperature of the water, to keep the water surface free of ice and to prevent the formation of algae in summer. The lake aeration system is designed and implemented individually for each reservoir.

OLOID – COST-EFFECTIVE AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT
Thanks to a partnership with OLOID Engineering GmbH, DEMACLENKO is introducing an entirely new, efficient and energy-saving solution for circulating and aerating water reservoirs used for snowmaking. As an alternative to conventional aeration with compressed-air, the OLOID system offers multiple advantages—while requiring minimal installation and maintenance effort.
The OLOID is a mixing device with a unique geometric shape that generates targeted flow and wave movements in the water through three-dimensional, pulsed motion. This ensures the consistent mixing of water layers and makes the management of storage reservoirs significantly easier.
