Technical advantages and cutting edge technology are convincing in Veduchi-Russia

With the start of construction work for the project in the Veduchi ski resort in Chechenya, Demaclenko has succeeded in making further ground internationally and building the first snowmaking system in Russia.
Demaclenko’s professional work combined with the technical advantages and professional after-sales service impressed the operators of the first ski resort in the region around Veduchi in Chechenya. The region, previously largely unknown, started construction of the only, and therefore exclusive, ski resort designed to European standards in 2016. Surrounded by mountains up to 3,000 meters in height, roughly 15 slopes of all difficulty levels and a total length of 15.5 km are being built. The entire ski resort will cover over 1,500 hectares of the north face of Daneduk mountain. The first lift system is to be commissioned in time for the opening of the skiing season on 12/01/2017.

Demaclenko is going to supply 2 mobile pump stations this autumn, which were installed at the company headquarters, as well as numerous hydrants for optimal supply to the new slope sections. For the pipeline construction, the client chose TRM pipes in sizes DN 100 and DN 150, which can resist the forecast pressures of 100 bar. Demaclenko will round out the snowmaking system with its most powerful snow gun Titan 2.0, which can produce 105 m³ of snow per hour. This rapid and comprehensive snow production is required due to the unstable temperature situation and the resulting short times for snowmaking.
