Martin Leitner, President of DemacLenko, gives an appraisal of the year
This year DemacLenko has entered new markets and fully gained the trust of the "main players" in the traditional market sector. Compared to last year our company has made great leaps forward in terms of its turnover, production rate and sales, cementing its status as one of the market leaders.
Martin Leitner, President of DemacLenko, reiterated this success: "Our efforts have been rewarded. Since 2012 our employees, and particularly those in certain departments, have been working flat out to create a new, winning strategy. The market has taken note, and our efforts have been rewarded. Our new brand is being used throughout the sector: our blue champions are more and more frequently seen on the most renowned slopes in the Alps. Kitzbühel, Silvretta Montafon, Ischgl and Sesto prove how in just a few years we have become a point of reference for major projects and clients".
Let's highlight a few statistics that emerged from our initial analysis of 2014: we sold over 900 snow guns, 700 pits and 35,000 m of cast iron pipes, to produce more than 30 snowmaking systems all over the world. Another interesting statistic is that of the 900 machines delivered, 100 were sent to China.
"Indeed", Leitner confirmed, "the Chinese market is booming for us. Every month we receive positive feedback on both our products and our partnership, both before and after installation".
This, therefore, was an entirely positive appraisal of DemacLenko from Martin Leitner. Despite the challenges created by the economic crisis in certain markets, we can move forward without fear, increasingly confident that we are on the right path.
