EOS - THE EFFICIENCY WONDER AMONG SNOW LANCES

Optimal snow production with minimal energy input: this sums up the strengths of the EOS by DEMACLENKO precisely. Technology that has been tried and tested for years goes hand in hand with a whole series of innovations. Thanks to its wide variety of versions and configuration options, a lance has been created that meets market requirements and our customers’ special needs in every respect.

Customer-specific modifications as standard
A single product line with versatile configuration options: that was the guiding principle with which the EOS was developed. The DEMACLENKO snow lance is available with up to eight control levels that can be used in both the lance’s fully-automatic and manual version. The lance family consists of the single-stage EOS1, the two-stage EOS2, the four-stage EOS4, the eight-stage EOS8 and the double-headed EOS DUO version and thus offers an optimum snowmaking solution for every requirement.

Keyword: lightweight
The EOS lance technology impresses with its extremely low weight, ensuring easy assembly and disassembly. A unique strength that is particularly noted by our customers.

Simplicity instead of complexity
This is DEMACLENKO’s credo and has always been the basic principle of its research and development philosophy. Our lance series also relies on a simple, modular and compact design, which impresses customers above all because of its ease of maintenance. No other lance on the market is based on anywhere near as simple and coherent a concept.

Perfect balance of efficiency and snow performance
DEMACLENKO offers one of the most efficient and highest quality solutions the market has to offer, thanks to its optional, oil-free 1.5 kW compressor. Despite extemely low resource consumption, maximum performance is achieved. An unbeatable ratio between power consumption and production volume guarantees the lowest resource consumption at maximum output.

Designed with intelligence
The head of the EOS is made of aluminium and its surface area is kept to a minimum in order to counteract its susceptibility to wind and weather as much as possible. The nucleators and water nozzles with stainless steel inserts make them extremely resistant to external influences and the sophisticated technology prevents the head from freezing, even in the most adverse weather conditions.

Reliability
DEMACLENKO lances have been made according to this concept for many years and are constantly being further developed. Our lances are thus technically mature, extremely reliable and guarantee availability and maximum snow performance when it’s needed!

EOS DUO: EFFICIENCY TIMES 2 AND UNIQUE ON THE MARKET
With the EOS DUO, DEMACLENKO presents its proven lance model in a powerful double head version with 8 nucleators and 24 water nozzles. With a spraying radius of 210°, the EOS DUO covers a large snow area and is ideal above all for punctual enhancement of individual piste sections with suitable wind conditions. It combines the usual unbeatable energy efficiency of the EOS with a strong water flow rate of 8,2 l/s, which increases the snowmaking efficiency considerably.

Julian Tschofen, snowmaking manager of Gargellner Bergbahnen:
“The lances of DEMACLENKO are considerably lighter at 80 kg than comparable lances. Therefore they can be easily uninstalled and quite simply removed by two people and there is no need for tools. The EOS requires only onethird of the air of previous lances to attain the same quantity of snow. It is extraordinary, how far technology has developed."

Ludwig Keller, CEO of Berglifte Giselher Langes:
“We’ve had a very good working relationship with DEMACLENKO for years. We were also the first ski resort to test their EOS DUO, as we had already expressed a desire for such a model in advance. Our conclusions were consistently positive. Where local conditions permit, the double-headed lance’s advantages are clear: almost twice as much snow of the same quality as with a normal lance. Add to that the product’s outstanding energy balance, which makes for very efficient snowmaking”."
