DEMACLENKO's E-CAT: more than an on-line shop

DEMACLENKO’s electronic spare part catalogue E-CAT provides support for the daily work of snow operation managers with web shop, exploded views and data sheets. Customers appreciate the versatility of the unique tool, which is far more than a mere web shop for spare parts.

DEMACLENKO’s electronic on-line catalogue E-CAT has been around for a year and is already very popular. “At the core of E-CAT are detailed exploded views, which can nevertheless be grasped at a glance, allowing snow operation managers to find and order the right spare part”, Stephan Hafner, head of DEMACLENKO’s customer service explains. But E-CAT is much more than a mere web shop for spare parts. It is also possible to download product data sheets and instruction manuals for operations and maintenance. “For example, if a customer clicks on a control cabinet, he immediately is delivered the circuit diagram as well as the installation instructions for the respective components”, Hafner explains.

Express deliveries possible

“The ordering process is itself as simple as you can imagine: put the articles you want into the shopping cart, fill out the form and send it off. We take care of the rest – professionally, reliably and fast”, Hafner added. As a rule, the parts arrive at the customer’s in one to three days, but express deliveries within one day are also possible. “What is more, customers can request non-binding quotes. We answer quickly, comprehensively and with concrete prices”, the head of customer services at DEMACLENKO emphasizes.
