DEMACLENKO to Strengthen Branches in North America: Diego Facchinetti Appointed General Manager
The DEMACLENKO Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Diego Facchinetti as the new General Manager for DEMACLENKO North America. With his extensive experience, he will strengthen DEMACLENKO’s branches, enhance customer service and expand the company’s ability to supply and support the growing North American markets with DEMACLENKO’s expertise in fully automated and resource-efficient snowmaking systems.
As of October 2024, Diego Facchinetti has taken on responsibility for the North American branches of DEMACLENKO, serving the important U.S. and Canadian markets. As General Manager of DEMACLENKO America Inc., he will oversee all key areas, lead the local teams and continue to drive DEMACLENKO’s success by developing new market strategies and building a continent-wide sales and, above all, service network to support ski resorts quickly and comprehensively. This also entails strengthening the DEMACLENKO Eastern branch in Concord (NH) as well as the recently opened DEMACLENKO Western support, service and spare parts center, located in the new production facility of DEMACLENKO affiliates Skytrac-LPOA and PRINOTH in Tooele (UT).
The primary goal is to enhance DEMACLENKO's presence among North American winter sports destinations and to showcase the company's strengths and extensive experience in delivering snowmaking systems tailored to customers’ needs. As the snowmaking industry’s innovation leader, DEMACLENKO provides a genuine technological advantage, particularly in system automation and resource efficiency, from which ski resorts worldwide are already benefiting. This encompasses the entire product range, from snow guns and all-weather snowmaking systems to user-friendly software solutions and the construction of turnkey plants, including, for example, pump stations, water cooling systems and pipeline engineering.
Thanks to an important agreement with Colorado-based PNP Supply LLC earlier this year, DEMACLENKO is now also able to provide North American customers with the world’s finest ductile iron pipe and fittings for snowmaking, manufactured by TRM from Austria. Since 2006, PNP has been the exclusive North American importer of TRM’s products and 75+ years of expertise, which now also extends to DEMACLENKO through this agreement.
