Get in touch with... Greta & David
Hello you two – Please introduce yourself briefly and give us an idea of what you do in the company.
Greta: "Hello, my name is Greta and I work in the Sales Back Office. My tasks are quite diverse, but for the most part I take care of contract development and assist the sales team."
David: “My name is David, I am 26 years young and come from the beautiful Tyrolean Oberland. I have been working in the Back Office at Demaclenko since 2014. Over time, I took on responsibilities for spare parts procurement, and still work in that area. I also help improve the spare parts processes in the After-Sales department.”
What was your normal working day like before you joined us at Demaclenko?
Greta: "Before I started working for Demaclenko, I worked at a smaller company with a variety of responsibilities in different areas. This experience helped to familiarize me with many aspects of management and administration."
David: “My working days were anything but structured in my last jobs too. There were new challenges almost every day. I’m probably to blame for that, as I am always looking for new challenges.”
Finish the following sentence: “For me, Demaclenko is…."
Greta: "Demaclenko is a young, ambitious company that provides innovative solutions around the world."
David: “For me, Demaclenko is more than a secure job full of fascinating challenges. Our company can proudly say that it truly keeps winter tourism going with guaranteed snow and optimal snow quality. In this way, Demaclenko secures many jobs around the world, and that makes me very proud.”
What experiences from work would you hate to do without?
Greta: "Constructive collaboration with colleagues coupled with a positive working environment."
David: “Demaclenko is a relatively young company with old roots, and I would hate to miss being part of the almost daily developments and improvements, as they make my everyday work even more interesting. And of course it is fun to meet new people all the time through Demaclenko.”
If you had one free wish?
Greta: "Plenty of snow, but not until Christmas ;-)"
David: “Health, happiness and a fulfilling job that keeps me out of trouble, right? I can count myself lucky to already have all of that, so I can’t really answer this question.”
There’s a fire alarm… what would you carry to safety?
Greta: "My notebook and laptop."
David: “I would drop everything and run to the fire station to put on my fire fighting equipment. That way, I hope I can save everything I own, not just the one or two things I could carry to safety.”
