2015 - a year full of satisfaction for the customers and the entire Demaclenko team

Company's positive balance sheet confirmed by delivery of over 2000 machines

It's official - last year, not only were we successful in reaching the agreed goal, but we even managed to surpass it. Both the management and the entire team are celebrating last year's extremely positive statistics: this year, for the first time, Demaclenko have managed to delivery over 2.000 snow machines, meaning that the amount of machines produced in 2011 (450), the company's first production year, has not just doubled; it has quadrupled. 4 years later and with more experience under our belts, the company has succeeded in optimising production times even more, and satisfying customer and market demand in very little time. All in all, over 1000 propeller machines and approximately 1000 cannons have made their way to skiing areas at all corners of the Earth. An interesting side note: The production side alone of the new Titan 2.0 has created 600 examples, a statistic of which we are very proud, which once more cements our position as the makers of the most efficient snow machines on the market.

The key factor in our success is our snow machines' cutting-edge technology, especially that used for the Titan 2.0 and the new EOS snow cannon, which were presented to the public for the first time as part of Interalpin 2015. "The number of requests from our customers has risen steadily, following which we were able to show them the EOS's technological advances on the piste. We had to increase our production plans yet again, due to the extremely positive feedback we received and major interest in our new product," confirms CEO Andreas Dorfmann. Notable examples in this area would be both the order from Kitzbühel for a total of over 150 snow machines and the project involving several of the Schultz Group's ski areas with an order size of over 220 snow machines in total.

One major benefit in this instance comes from the 2 different production sites which complement each other optimally in their business dealings. While the team in Telfs deals with the production of standard machines with high quantities, the Wolkenstein team's duties revolve around researching and developing newer, pioneering innovations, as well as specialist production and numerous personalised requests from customers. There were an exceptionally large number of requests from customers for ready-to-use complete solutions, which we can offer the ski areas. Last year, for example, we set up, worked on and renewed a total of over 50 new and existing pump stations. The ones at St Moritz were the main focus of the completed project.

With the development of the French market at the beginning of 2015, expectations of an extremely successful start have also been fully met there. With the completion of the initial projects in a variety of French winter sports areas such as Les Gets, Vars le Claux, Super Sauze, Risoul, Val Louron, Le Mortis and Larcenaire, we can categorically state that we have managed to get the offer in France off to a flying start and cause a sensation on an international level, in only a short amount of time.

As a result of last year's success, Demaclenko is now the main player in the snowmaking systems sector, generating even more international interest.
